We have compiled a series of steps to assist you with packing your case.
For your convenience, we have created the following shipping instructions.
MicroDental Laboratories' shipper of choice is UPS. Simply follow these instructions to request a pick-up:
1. Call 1-800-PICK-UPS
2. Inform UPS that you have a pre-paid RS AIR package you'd like picked up.
3. Provide UPS with the account number, which is the first 6 digits of the tracking number.
Your driver can supply you with additional airbills and boxes at no cost to you. If the case you are shipping to us contains a wet impression, please signify as such by writing "WET" on the outside of the box. Please remember to properly wrap your impression (wet paper towel and plastic baggy) to ensure it retains its moisture.
MicroDental Laboratories' normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 6:00pm, PST.
